Urbanlab
Axel Schoenert and Manuelle Gautrand designed each part of the URBANLAB facade, first European Eco-building photobioreactor, conceived by the start-up Ennesys. ASAA was entrusted with a facade design, which is a free standing structure of 100 m². The architecture concept is to demonstrate the variations and flexibility of this product. The golden look of the mesh underlines the elegance with a uniform design. Also it’s a protection and fixing element for the panels. Based on New York Style height rise buildings with a small plot, the facade has an virtuoso and ingenious entrance.

Now le Off ! Paris Design Week 2012
'HAPPY 61!' a limited set of furniture was designed by Zsofia Varnagy and Axel Schoenert. It will be presented to 'Now! le Off 2012' of Paris Design Week, from 10th to 16th September 2012 at the Docks, Cité de la Mode et du design.

Axel Schoenert est heureux de vous informer que la Tour Prisma dont la restruturation et l'aménagement intérieur nous a été confiés, accueillera prochainement ses premiers locataires.
Ivanhoé Cambridge a conclu un bail avec la société Aélia, Groupe Lagardère Services, leader européen de la distribution de produits de luxe en aéroports.
Le bail, d’une durée ferme de six ans porte sur la location de 4.000 m² de bureaux des premiers étages de l'immeuble.

HÔTEL PARIS VELIZY
Book Inn France entrusted us with the layout project of the Hotel Paris Vélizy, its latest 3 stars hotel complex, with 161 rooms, located in Vélizy in the Parisian area. The interior design will show a tribute to nature and its aura: refined and mineral elements will contribute to set this. The Paris Vélizy hotel has an environmental approach of sustainable development and will obtain the certification Ecolabel.
The building acquired in sold prior to completion will be realized by Eiffage Immobilier and delivered end of February, 2013.

7 avenue de Messine - CBD Paris 8ème
ASAA achieved the 7 avenue Messine project.
ICADE entrusted us with the complete renovation of the building, which offers now a flexible surface area of 2 200 m ².
The renovation offers a space optimization, where flexibility and comfort stick together and fit right in. In the 50s, the French film library was inaugurated there. The aesthetic is one of the main aspects in building’s renovation process. Today, the building keeps the added value of its past. The interior design makes one of the icons, Brigitte Bardot, from this prosperous time come back to life and keeps the avant-garde spirit through its contemporary furniture.

SPA reception
ASAA has made the reception of the new kennel in Brugheas. This new place will increase the condition of living of the animals and the adoption process.
The animals will discover their new shelter in one month.

29 bis rue d'Astorg
ASAA was contracted by Pramerica to renovate a 1900m² of an office building located in the Central Business District at 29 bis rue d'Astorg.
Formerly the Kanweiller house and gallery, this place was the Cartier 's - famous jeweler - headquarter until this year.
ASAA will restore the art in this building in order to welcom in the best condition the futur tenant.

HOTEL GABRIEL, Paris Marais
ASAA is pleased to announce that The Hotel Gabriel-Paris Marais located in the heart of Paris is achieved and welcome the client since the 20th of March 2009. After less than one year work, this 4 stars Boutique Hotel offers to the client the charm of an intimist hotel (41 rooms) with the service of a luxurious one ( Integrated plasma screen television, iPod station, LED lights, unlimited Wi-Fi access, Spa, ecological cab service etc). Known for his Detox value added - meaning that everything is an experimentation through the well being and healthiness the client will purify his body, where regenerative sleep and healthy foods are essential ingredients. Then, the visitor will appreciate it in the 30s design integrated in high but environmental technology.

Le 55 - Démarrage des travaux
The major refurbishment of the buildings located at 55 Boulevard Haussmann with 7.195 m² (floor area) starts. The building is designed to achieve BBC, BREEAM and HQE renovation certifications. ASAA was appointed for this project for MEAG MUNICH ERGO.

Le Carré Champerret
ASAA was commissioned as Project Manager for Le Carré Champerret, a building of 26.300 square meters of rental spaces, located in Parisian area, Levallois-Perret. Assigned by CARDIF BNP PARIBAS GROUP and CORPUS SIREO, ASAA designed a Full Service Building. The building which has just been delivered now offers his tenants a great flexibility of spaces, combining functionality and innovation. The optimization of space and area can now accommodate 2.085 people. This project will get a double certification BREEAM and HQE Renovation, also the BBC labeling.
