HÔTEL ELYSÉE SECRET
Book Inn France a confié à l’agence ASAA, le projet de restructuration de l’Hôtel Elysée Secret situé au 5, rue de Ponthieu, dans le 8ème arrondissement de Paris.
L'aménagement et l’esthétique du bâtiment prennent une place majeure dans le processus de rénovation. Le bâtiment conserve la valeur ajoutée de son passé entre noblesse française et haute bourgeoisie. Conçu comme un boudoir contemporain, romantique et discret, l'ensemble de l'architecture intérieure inscrira ce lieu parmi les boutiques-hôtels de luxe de Paris.

ASAA a achevé la rénovation de l'immeuble de bureaux de 5.000 m², situé au 11 rue de Rouvray à Neuilly-sur-Seine, pour Pramerica - IVG.

Lancement du site AS-Project Management
Nous sommes ravis de vous informer de la création de notre nouveau département AS-Project Management, consacré essentiellement à nos projets d'assistance à maîtrise d’ouvrage (AMO) et de maîtrise d’ouvrage déléguée (MOD).
Snezana Radakovic, architecte à ASAA en assurera la bonne gestion en tant que Directrice du département.

SIMI - Prisma
SITQ nous a confié la restructuration et l'aménagement de la Tour Prisma.
Situé en plein coeur du quartier de La Défense, cet immeuble de bureaux présente une surface locative de 24 000 m².
Sa configuration et sa capacité offrent la possibilité à une entreprise de disposer d'un siège social indépendant, où bien-être et performances seront au service des collaborateurs.
Le choix des matériaux et l'aménagement des espaces offriront une grande souplesse d'organisation dans des espaces conviviaux et élégants.
Un univers où l'ensemble des prestations participe à composer un lieu doté d'une véritable personnalité.
La réalisation de ce projet s'inscrit dans une démarche environnementale en prévoyant une double certification HQE Exploitation et LEED Existing Building.
Le projet sera présenté au SIMI les 1, 2 et 3 décembre 2010

7 avenue de Messine - CBD Paris 8ème
ASAA vient d’achever la restructuration et la rénovation complète de l’immeuble de bureau du 7 avenue de Messine, offrant une surface modulable de 2 200 m².ICADE nous a confié ce lieu, qui a accueilli dans les années 50 la Cinémathèque Française.

Delivery : 7 Avenue Messine
ASAA deliver the 9th of july the Messine project respecting the budget & the planning.
The nineteen century “Hotel Particulier” located 7 avenue Messine will be completely renovated for Compagnie La Lucette by ASAA. This building is an emblematic building of our century since the cinematographic movement “Nouvelle Vague” was born there.
ASAA decided to create the link between the past and the present and will propose an elegant but functional building in a unique atmosphere. ASAA will restore the art in this building in order to welcome in the best condition the future tenant.

SPA reception
ASAA has made the reception of the new kennel in Brugheas. This new place will increase the condition of living of the animals and the adoption process.
The animals will discover their new shelter in one month.

29 bis rue d'Astorg
ASAA was contracted by Pramerica to renovate a 1900m² of an office building located in the Central Business District at 29 bis rue d'Astorg.
Formerly the Kanweiller house and gallery, this place was the Cartier 's - famous jeweler - headquarter until this year.
ASAA will restore the art in this building in order to welcom in the best condition the futur tenant.
