We are pleased to present our new book dedicated to the transformation of the Pleyel Tower, an emblematic project in the Paris metropolitan area.

Through this publication, we look back at the transformation of this former office tower into a 700-room hotel, designed as a new destination in the north of Paris.

The project notably features a swimming pool at the top of the tower, offering panoramic views over the capital.

From the analysis of the existing building to the various stages of its transformation, the book explores the architectural choices, interior architecture and design that shaped this large-scale redevelopment.
