The Saint-Maur project has been selected as a finalist for the 2026 Construction Trophies, in the Renovation – Commercial Building category.

Developed with Barings, the project involves the transformation of a 3,090 m² commercial building located at 163 rue Saint-Maur, in Paris’s 11th arrondissement. The redevelopment builds on the qualities of the existing building while rethinking its spaces and uses to meet the contemporary challenges of the commercial real estate sector.
