The delivery of 20 Victoire marks the completion of the refurbishment of an office building located at 20 rue de la Victoire, in Paris’s 9th arrondissement.
Commissioned by Braxton Asset Management and SFO Capital Partners, the project involves the transformation of a 2,500 sqm building dating back to 1929, with its Art Deco architecture carefully preserved and enhanced.
The building is now organised around a double-height entrance hall, flooded with natural light. A mezzanine extends this space, which opens onto a landscaped inner courtyard.
Materials play a key role in the project, with the use of wood, terrazzo and decorative wrought iron.
The façade retains the defining features of the original building, including its off-white brickwork and metal-framed windows, reinterpreted through a contemporary architectural approach.
On the top floor, relocating the technical facilities has made it possible to create new glazed meeting rooms opening onto a panoramic terrace and rooftop.
The office spaces have been redesigned to improve acoustic and visual comfort across every floor.
The project also incorporates several environmental measures, including a landscaped urban cooling island that supports biodiversity and connections to the district heating and cooling networks.
It targets BREEAM Very Good and WiredScore Silver certifications.
