The agency is mandated to realize the concept and interior architecture of the future 4 * hotel of the German group H-hotels. It will be located in the Pleyel Tower, currently undergoing restructuring. The Paris Pleyel ensemble is one of the flagship projects of Greater Paris. Between the Olympic village in 2024 and the Stade de France, the tower will host an ultramodern hotel complex of 700 rooms with restaurants, bar, executive lounge, workspaces, fitness center and a swimming pool perched 140 meters high, benefiting from one of the most beautiful views over Paris and the Ile-de-France plain.
