The Maison Bayard project, located in Paris’s 8th arrondissement, was selected by the City of Paris’s Department of Urban Planning to illustrate its “Your Urban Planning Procedures” guide.

This selection reflects the attention given to the project as part of its integration into the Parisian urban fabric.

Maison Bayard combines the transformation of existing buildings with a contemporary intervention, with a focus on the quality of spaces, landscaping and the project’s integration into its surroundings.
The project is therefore among the architectural references selected by the City of Paris to support the presentation of its urban planning procedures.
