Student residence and young workers

Axel Schoenert architects has been commissioned to carry out the major new construction of the future student and young workers residence, located at 60 Avenue du General De Gaulle in Puteaux.

The building of the 80s, located in an environment in full mutation is about to undergo an ambitious transformation. Indeed, the ambition is to build a student and young working residence meeting the various current standards in force and offering its future inhabitants qualitative private and common spaces such as a large lobby for the reception area, several common work rooms, a sports hall, green outdoor spaces accessible to the DRC and RDJ or even private outdoor spaces.
