Magdebourg

Paris, France

Magdebourg is a private stone mansion dating from 1897 that has been renovated to the latest standards of comfort and in compliance with environmental regulations. In addition to the creation of a landscaped interior courtyard on two levels with a glass roof, the expansion of the building at the back of the courtyard and the creation of an accessible rooftop, the interior layout of the building has been completely redesigned to meet the expectations of future users.
Located in the 16th arrondissement of Paris, a few steps from the Trocadero, Avenue Kléber and Avenue du Président Wilson, 7 rue Magdebourg is situated in a privileged environment, punctuated by numerous financial establishments and luxury offices. It is in this historically and architecturally rich neighborhood that this private mansion is being renovated.
This 2600m² building has been completely restructured in order to modernize it according to the latest standards of high-end tertiary programs.
