Commissioned by WeWork to restructure the building located at 33 rue La Fayette in the 9th arrondissement of Paris, Axel Schoenert architects delivered the third phase of the project in May 2017.
This colossal operation takes place on a surface area of 12,000 square meters made possible in collaboration with the WeWork teams. With its architectural past, in the Art Deco style with a monumental glass roof on the first floor, the building complex has been placed in a contemporary context. Functionality, modernity and friendliness were the key words for the first WeWork establishment in France. On its eleven levels, three of which are in the basement, everything has been designed for the well-being of users and accessibility for all. Now open to the public, the final delivery of the office building took place in summer 2017.
