The 31 Colisée is an 8,680 square metre office building that will undergo a major restructuring in the coming months.
As a work and relaxation space, the building aims to offer its users a privileged environment that adapts to the needs of each individual. Several terraces and green spaces will be made available to create a place of relaxation and comfort.
As a result, this building will be certified, among others, HQE Exceptionnel, BREEAM Excellent and BBC.
