Axel Schoenert architectes - Paris Eight

Axel Schoenert architects, commissioned by MEAG, gives a new lease of life to 40 rue de Courcelles, newly named the Paris-Eight.

The building is changing from a single-tenant system to a business center offering the possibility of renting between 500m² and 18,000m² for a workforce of approximately 1,300 people.
Ideally located in the heart of the 8th arrondissement and a few minutes from the Place de l'Etoile, the Paris-Eight offers 18,000m² of high quality office space that has been reviewed through the prism of comfort and current functionality without forgetting environmental standards (choice of materials, clean building sites, LEDs throughout the project, etc).
While respecting the linearity and purity of the facade, Axel Schoenert architect has breathed new life into ParisEight. The restructuring brings together history and technological contributions, while giving the building the values of comfort and functionality of the moment.
