Allianz Real Estate's ambition was to renovate the building at 20 rue Le Peletier to make it a prime asset from an environmental, aesthetic and functional point of view. To this end, several architectural agencies were asked to propose their vision of the future of the
of the future of the asset.
Agile and corporate, historic and modern, the building is located in the heart of the prestigious 9th district. Historically a financial district, it has become the epicenter of French tech and is home to all sectors of activity. It is in this context that the agency rethought the real estate complex by proposing in particular: the enhancement of the existing interior courtyard by the creation of an RDJ level with an open-air terrace, accessible and planted with trees, the creation of a rooftop or the conservation of the original elements such as the monumental staircases and the vault in concrete and glass paving stones.
