As part of an international competition, our agency was invited to propose a new vision for a building from the 1950s with distinctive architecture and identity, featuring generous outdoor spaces.

The asset was then reimagined to become an innovative and virtuous office building, providing comfort and well-being in a modern environment where sustainable development is celebrated.

Our architects conceived a façade treatment that brings a new identity to the building while retaining the lines of its existing envelope, transforming it into an architectural landmark. The ground floor is entirely glazed to offer a real visual breakthrough to the outside. Through a play of transparency and openness to the square, Goetheplatz 1 becomes a showcase of the office building of the future. The project aims to achieve ambitious environmental qualities.
