As part of a competition, our agency was asked to propose a new vision for a 1930s building with a strong architectural identity and generous outdoor spaces.
The asset was then redesigned as an innovative office building offering comfort and well-being in a lush environment where nature plays a key role. The project was conceived as a cocoon with user-friendly workspaces, including a reception hall designed as a multi-use interface that revisits the codes of reception with top-of-the-range services and serves a number of living and sharing spaces: corner coffee, business centre, wellness studio, offices, bicycle parking with workshop, etc.
Created to connect the two wings of the building and improve functionality, the footbridges have been designed as a veritable living wooden sculpture. They underline a strong and distinctive architectural gesture and reveal the potential of the building.
