Combining comfort and innovation, Axel Schoenert Architects has completely reconfigured the floors, allowing for densification and enhancing the new work uses through unobstructed views, spacious 1,400m² floors with double exposure and pleasantly landscaped terraces. 

The common areas have also been redesigned and innovated, such as the restaurant, the lobby, and the landing, which are more connected, contemporary, and warm. A substantial modification of the elevator landings has been implemented on each floor and will allow to restrict circulation spaces.

These places of exchange and collaboration will make it possible to accommodate up to 1,000 people by meeting the expectations of the new generation of users for a better appropriation of the premises, their future workplace... 

The 12,000 m² building complex, with 188 parking spaces on 4 basement levels, a ground floor and 7 floors, was delivered in March 2020.
