91 Haussmann

Paris, France

The 91 Haussmann project was designed to highlight the authenticity of this typically Haussmann-style building while rethinking it as very contemporary and functional.

After a major restructuring carried out by the agency, the former Grand Marnier headquarters is now being given a facelift and has just been received!
The project highlights the authenticity and preserved identity of this typically Haussmannian building with its triple exposure, while rethinking the floors in a very contemporary way with a reworked core to offer a terrace accessible on the 6th and last floor and high-end services.
The building has been awarded Breeam Very Good certification and the Wiredscore label.
This emblematic building complex, sold under VEFA, is now preparing to welcome nearly 300 users on 2,200m² of office space, leased by the Coworking company: Morning. The retail space at the foot of the building houses the Prêt-à-Manger brand on nearly 300 m².
