74 Saint-Lazare

The project concerns the restructuring of the building located at 74 rue Saint Lazare, in the 9th arrondissement of Paris. This 5,000 m² "E"-shaped building has 8 levels and an atypical street-side façade with sculpted curves. 

Long identified as the location of a well-known bank, the project will aim to establish a new identity for this building in order to allow its future occupants to move in without being assimilated to its history. The project proposes a work on the evolution of the existing heritage on the one hand by enhancing the assets of the existing and on the other hand by rethinking the real estate complex to make it contemporary and functional. 

The project aims for certifications: BREEAM Very Good, Wired Score, HQE BE Excellent
