133 Faubourg Saint-Honoré

Located on the emblematic rue du Faubourg Saint-Honoré, the 133 building, the former headquarters of Franck Provost, is about to undergo an ambitious transformation in both form and substance with a mixed housing + office program imagined by the agency.

The project calls for the renovation of the 6-floor building facing the street, as well as the construction of a new R+3 apartment building with brick cladding and wood structure, and the creation of 7 top-of-the-range apartments.

Energy performance will be studied and improved in order to obtain the following certifications: BREEAM irfo at Excellent level, OzmoZ-levier 1 label, BBC Effinergie renovation label and WiredScore for the offices. The project is also aiming for the NF Habitat HQE label or the BEE label for housing.
