The Caisse de Prévoyance et de Retraites des Notaires (CPRN), owner of several Haussmann-style properties in Paris, launched a competition at the end of 2021 to restructure the office building at 117 boulevard Haussmann, with a view to increasing the value of the property and preserving its assets in order to reposition the asset in the "prime" of its market.
The aim was to offer the property high quality services, including a remarkable and welcoming entrance hall, bright and uncluttered open-space areas, a green outdoor space and a convivial space that encourages meetings and exchanges. All of this is part of an ambitious environmental approach aimed at obtaining an energy label.
