113 bis Charles De Gaulle - Neuilly-Sur-Seine

The project involves the major restructuring of a building located at 113 bis avenue Charles de Gaulle in Neuilly sur Seine, on the avenue Charles de Gaulle axis linking Paris and La Défense.

The building, built in 1966, is set to take pride of place on this avenue, which is made up of buildings in a variety of styles.

The project offers a new interpretation of trends in the service sector, including a new concept for street and courtyard facades. The idea is to give them greater transparency and depth, with full-height bay windows, a lively grid and protruding floors. Another key feature of the project is the creation of a rooftop at R+9 and two accessible terraces.
