ASAA-Axel Schoenert Architectes Associés has assisted DEGI and Stam Europe Assessment as a technical adviser during the acquisition of a 29 000m² building called “Riverplaza” in Asnières-sur-Seine (92) near Paris. The Riverplaza building which shelter L’Oreal or Fujitsu has been sold by the former owner La Lucette Compagny.
WTC AIRAPOLIS, Roissy
Axel Schoenert Architectes Associés is proud to announce that it was commissioned for the design and the realisation of the future World Trade Centre-Airapolis in Roissy Charles de Gaulle (Paris).
The 130 000 m² project includes a convention centre with 3 000 seats, 3 exhibition halls (45 000 m²), a 14 000 m² showroom, 21 000 m² offices and three 4-star hotels (offering 650 rooms). This complex is planned to be achieved in 2011 with a construction budget more than 300 millions euros.
LOGISTICAL CENTRE, Soissons
ASAA-Axel Schoenert Architectes Associés is glad to inform you that the project “logistical centre Soissons” first phase with 37 000 m² will be achieved according to the schedule: spring 2008. ASAA was commissioned by Sireo Corpus as technical advisor and as project manager during the works period.
BULL, Massy
ASAA just achieved the façade works of the Bull training centre in Massy of 10 000 m². The project consisted in adding a double metallic skin on the existing structure while the building was occupied.
Inspired by the Airstream, the mythic caravan in the sixties and an airplane wing design, the new façade reinitialised this industrial building, improving the thermal insulation and creating an external sunscreen. This double skin out of polished laminated aluminium panels shows a solution respecting the goals of the sustainable development in the real estate sector to relaunch a buildings life.

Commissioned as technical consultant ASAA – Axel Schoenert Architectes Associés has assisted CORPUS SIREO during the acquisition of a 6.200 m² office building with an underground parking garage of 76 parking places as a project development in the “ZAC Cristino Garcia” in Saint Denis – La Plaine (93) near Paris. ASAA was also commissioned as their project manager for the construction phase. The project developer is Capital & Continental.
