The Paris Vélizy Hotel project is of particular importance to the commune of Vélizy.
Located at the entrance to the city, in the heart of a new and growing district, the building now comprises a 4-level complex:
- a ground floor dedicated exclusively to public spaces and technical premises linked to the hotel's operation
- the restaurant area -Great Room- located on the west side of the building
- 161 rooms on all levels
The Paris Vélizy Hotel is part of an environmental sustainable development approach with Ecolabel certification.
The architect for this project is Jean-Jacques Ory, and the building was acquired by Eiffage Immobilier.
